HOOZ Art? Our Art!

Kia ora and hello.

I am Huia Hamon, and my nickname is 'HOOZ' hence the name of my Art persona. I am a NZ Māori Māma, an artist/illustrator/painter and a singer from Aotearoa (NZ).

These Drawings are freestyle, I literally get a vague idea and just put pen to paper and - voila! If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you will see them in action. I truly love sharing what I do with family and new friends all over the world.

I am inspired by the beautiful Art of my late and dearly missed Koro Rei Hamon. He was truly a legend with his amazing art and his tireless passion for our living nature, forest, earth and sky.
